We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than for dispatch purposes (couriers etc) or when orders are processed via third parties as part of the order fulfilment. Third parties are not permitted to disclose any of our customer's details to any other third party or use customer details in a way that is not related to order fulfilment. Pawfect Sleep never discloses information to third parties for any reason other than fulfilling orders. The only time we would share information is if we were permitted or required by law.
Data is collected via Google Analytics, which tracks site usage and traffic information but your personal information is not provided to them.
Cookies are used to operate the shopping basket and other essential functions of an ecommerce website. Our ecommerce software uses cookies as sparingly as possible.
Information such as your address, phone number, email are strictly used only to process your order, collect product feedback, notify you about the status of your order, or send you our newsletter/blog if you have chosen to subscribe to that. We do not send unsolicited marketing material. Only subscribers to our newsletter will receive emails from us about site news and promotions. Subscribers can of course unsubscribe at any time. After a purchase has been made we reserve the right to send emails to customers under the banner of "legitimate interests" namely abandoned basket, feedback request and follow-up request emails.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service to customers and potential customers
If you created an account you can easily access and amend the personal data we hold by logging into your account. Information such as IP address and most recent log-in is not visible but can be requested. If you checked out as a guest you will not be able to access your personal data via an online account as you do not have one but you can request to see the personal data stored against your order or amend it.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Your customer account can be deleted, if you wish. Please email us if you would like to have your account deleted. However, please note that for any orders you have placed your details will still remain on our system and be associated with that order. This is due to VAT regulations, which request that we keep all records of VAT transactions for a minimum of six years.
The social media share buttons only transmit data once they have been clicked. The only data the social media's servers receive from our site is referral information from the page, such a product title and image. No personal data is transmitted. Should you choose to use it, the Facebook login feature works in a similar way, and no personal information is transmitted to Facebook. However, once you have clicked on the button, any data that is gathered from your Facebook account, such as name and Facebook ID, will be stored for you. This can be deleted if requested.
All debit or credit card information is entered via our payment processor's secure compliant servers (PayPal). We do not store or collect any complete debit or credit card information. We are notified and can see the results of your payment however we cannot see, modify or copy your payment details.
This privacy policy may change and we reserve the right to make changes. Any changes will be made to this page so that all our visitors and customers can review our privacy policy at any time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange an item please firstly email us within 7 days of receipt. In your email we need the following information to be included:
- State your full name, address and contact details. State what your item(s) are for return, your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Pawfect Sleep will issue you with a returns address, or addresses, if there is more than one item from more than one supplier.
- You must then return the item(s) within 14 days to the address Pawfect Sleep will provide for you. The items MUST be in an UNUSED, ORIGINAL condition with all tags still on the product and the packaging intact. Items that fall outside of this requirement, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- ***RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ALL GB PET BEDS AND DOG DOZA BEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVES FAULTY. THIS IS BECAUSE EACH PET BED IS MANUFACTURED TO ORDER, ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AND THEREFORE BESPOKE. WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PETS OR THEIR OWNERS ONLY MANUFACTURING ERRORS THAT ARE DEEMED FAULTY. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND ENSURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT SIZED BED***
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that items delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please retain the items and email us above regarding a replacement. We will ask for a photograph and some details to be emailed over to us. In some cases where the item needs to be inspected or a photograph cannot be provided, this item will need to be returned. In the first instance, retain the item and contact us for instructions. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full. After inspection being approved, your refund including post and packaging costs, will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
For all other returns, the customer is liable for postage costs and refunds issued will exclude the cost of post and packaging. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be issued. Please do double check your size, colour and other requirements of products, before ordering items.
NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED?
In the unlikely event that the item arrives, and it is not what you originally ordered. You will be offered to cancel the order and be issued a full refund once the item(s) are returned to the supplier in a fully approved, unused, saleable condition as per Section 3 above.
RETURN SHIPPING
In the case of exchanges, you will be liable to pay for any extra cost for the new product and may be charged for re-dispatch of the new item. You will be informed of any costs before we arrange an exchange for you. To avoid any of this, we kindly ask our customers to please measure up and check your required sized before ordering a product. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return. Pawfect Sleep is not responsible for return postage or the safe return of packages, and we will not refund, or exchange returned items that become lost. The customer is therefore advised to send returns via Recorded or Special Delivery or any other manner that ensures the parcel is guaranteed to arrive, tracked or covered for the full cost of the item(s).
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch except in the case of made to order items. In those cases, orders can only be cancelled if the product has not already been made or started to be made for you. PayPal transaction fees incurred by Pawfect Sleep are not refunded if you cancel your order.
PAYPAL TRANSACTION FEES
Transaction fees are no longer refunded by PayPal. Therefore, in the case of customer cancellations and refunds, PayPal fees may be subtracted from your refunded amount, at our discretion.
We value all our customers and so we have made our online ordering process as simple as possible. That’s why we offer FREE UK standard shipping (UK Mainland Only) on all orders over £75. Currently, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or BFPO areas (British Forces Post Office). There are certain exceptions to FREE UK SHIPPING OVER £75 and this due to the fact our couriers charge us a premium for delivering to the following UK & Offshore areas, which requires us to add the following surcharge: (+ £10) for deliveries which are classed as large or oversized. Extra large sized dog beds such as memory foam beds 125cm, 150cm for example need to go in much bigger boxes due to the Parcel Force Manual Handling charge and Offshore Shipping Costs.

Pawfect Sleep will do its best to make sure a product is delivered off the shelf within the timeframe of 3-5 days and sooner if possible. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, Pawfect Sleep will notify the customer by email as soon as possible. Please be aware that dispatch times can vary for personalised, engraved items.
Please Note - Every single Harris Tweed Dog Collar is handmade to order to ensure a perfect fit! Julie & Jane are always lovingly putting your orders together, for this reason please allow 7 – 10 days for us to dispatch your handmade collars Post and packaging costs are shown at checkout as accurately as possible, given what we know to be true at the time. However, we reserve the right to hold any order where actual post and packaging differs widely from the online amount charged. In such cases we will contact you if postage costs are going to be higher than those stated when you placed the order. Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the items in your order and your delivery location. Please note that parts of your order may be dispatched separately. This will be at no extra cost to you, the customer.

If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Pawfect Sleep does not accept any liability for delay, dispatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time, on a particular day. Pawfect Sleep will not accept liability for the delivery of products that are shipped, directly from a supplier. Some delivery methods will require the customer to sign for the acceptance of the goods.
